Rules of camping

1/ Admission Requirements:
To be allowed to enter, settle, and stay on a campsite, you must have been authorized by the manager or his representative. He has the obligation to ensure the proper maintenance and good order of the campsite as well as compliance with the application of these internal regulations. The fact of staying on the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these regulations. and the commitment to comply with it. Minors without being accompanied by their parents (staying on site), are not accepted on the campsite.

2/ Police formalities:
Anyone who has to stay at least one night in the campsite must first present their identity documents to the manager or his representative and complete the formalities required by the police.

3/ Setup:
The tent or caravan and the related equipment must be installed at the location indicated in accordance with the directives given by the manager or his representative.

4/ Reception desk:
April/May/June/September open from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. - July/August open from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. You will find at the reception desk all the information on the services of the campsite, information on the possibilities of refueling, sports information, the tourist attractions of the surroundings and various addresses which may prove useful. A mailbox is intended to receive complaints (questionnaire) is available to users.

5/ Royalties:
The fees are paid at the reception desk. Their amount is displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. They are due according to the number of nights spent on the campsite. Users of the campsite are invited to notify the reception office of their departure the day before. Campers intending to leave before the opening time of the reception office must pay their fees the day before.

6/ Noise and silence:
Users of the campsite are urged to avoid all noises and discussions that could disturb their neighbours. Gatherings of people for bachelor parties for boys or girls are strictly prohibited. Sound devices must be adjusted accordingly. Door and trunk closures should be as discreet as possible. Dogs and other animals should never be left loose. They must not be left at the campsite, even locked up in the absence of their masters who are legally responsible for them. Their needs must be done outside the campsite. Silence must be total between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. Between midnight and 8 a.m., during evenings organized by the campsite (once a week in high season) and between 8 a.m. and midnight on Saturdays in low season. The management gives itself the right to immediately evacuate people who do not respect this article without financial compensation.

7/ Visitors:
After having been authorized by the manager, (passage to the reception obligatory) the visitors can be admitted in the campground under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. The camper can receive visitors at the reception. If these visitors are allowed to enter the campsite (no more than 4 per pitch, adults/children/babies included), the camper receiving them must pay a fee of €7 per person (adult/ child/baby). Visitors’ cars are prohibited in the campground.
Visitors can arrive at the campsite from 10 a.m. and leave the campsite before 6 p.m.

8/ Traffic and parking of vehicles:
Inside the campsite, vehicles must drive at a speed limit of 10 km/h. Traffic is prohibited between 10:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. Closing of the campsite gate at 10:30 p.m., opening at 8:30 a.m. (possible access on foot through the gate). Only vehicles that belong to the campers staying there can circulate in the campsite. Parking, strictly prohibited on pitches usually occupied by camping shelters, must not, moreover, hinder traffic or prevent the installation of newcomers.
9/ Holding and appearance of the facilities:
Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite. It is forbidden to throw waste water on the ground or in the gutters. The "caravanners" must empty their waste water in the facilities provided for this purpose. Household waste, waste of any kind, papers, must be placed in the garbage cans. Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, including sanitary facilities. Washing is strictly prohibited outside the bins provided for this purpose. However, it is tolerated provided it is discreet and does not bother the neighbors. It should never be made from trees. Plantings and floral decorations must be respected. It is forbidden for the camper to plant nails in the trees, to cut branches, to make plantations. It is also not allowed to delimit the location of an installation by personal means, nor to dig the ground. Any degradation committed to the vegetation, the fences, the ground or the facilities of the campsite will be the responsibility of its author. The location that will have been used during the stay must be maintained in the state in which the camper found it when entering the premises.

10/ Security
a) Fire: Open fires (wood, coal, etc….) are authorized in a suitable place (not under the trees…..) however the manager gives himself the right to prohibit them, according to the state of drought places. Stoves should be kept in good working order and not used in hazardous conditions. Fire extinguishers can be used if necessary. A first aid kit is located at the reception desk.

b) Theft: The management is responsible for objects deposited at the reception desk and has a general obligation to monitor the campsite. The camper retains responsibility for his own installation and must report to the manager the presence of any suspicious person. Although security is provided, users of the campsite are invited to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment.

11/ Games:
No violent or disturbing games can be organized near the facilities. The meeting room cannot be used for hectic games. Children should always be under the supervision of their parents.

12/ Dead Garage:
He can only leave unoccupied equipment on the ground after agreement with the management and only at the location indicated.

13/ Display:
These rules of procedure are displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. It is given to the customer at his request.

14/ Violation of the rules of procedure:
In the event that a resident disturbs the stay of other users or does not respect the provisions of these regulations, the manager may orally or in writing if he deems it necessary, give notice to the latter to put an end to the disturbances. In the event of a serious or repeated violation of the internal regulations and after formal notice by the manager to comply with them, the latter may terminate the contract. And evacuate the disturbers quickly from the campsite, without reimbursement of the stay. In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call on the police.
